In addition to holding the SFR designation I am also a HRC (Home Retention Consultant) through Titanium Solutions. As an HRC, I contact borrowers in person on behalf of their mortgage company to help them understand options available to them. These options may include LOAN MODIFICATION, SHORT SALE, DEED IN LIEU and others. Only experienced agents and brokers are selected to be HRCs, but experience is not the only requirement. An  HRC must demonstrate PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGE, and the ABILITY to work with homeowners who are in difficult financial situations.  (FDCPA compliant)
